Perseus Debuts Self-Service Performance, Procurement Portal
The portal will enable clients to do online anything they can do via a salesperson, and to obtain more detailed usage and performance metrics.
Perseus has connected several existing internal systems and built a client interface into its own database "so clients can see the same data as us," says Vinko Grskovic, vice president of automation and architecture at Perseus. "For example, we can provide usage statistics for the last 30 days up to about three minutes ago specific to each client's usage and products, so they can see the performance of the service we're providing," and upgrade their service if they are nearing full capacity, or
