Celent: Asian Exchanges Lag on Data

According to Mayiz Habbal, senior vice president of capital markets at Celent, pricing for market data in Asia generally was flat in 2008, while Asian exchanges remain a few years behind their Western counterparts, and are currently more concerned about trading competitiveness rather than developing their market data business.
