Q: How long have you been head of data management at AXA-Investment Management?
A: I have been working in AXA-IM since April 2000. I have been in my current role since December 2005. Prior to AXA-IM, I worked at the Danone Group.
Q: Could you go over AXA-IM's reasons for forming your group?
A: We previously had an information architecture based on "one size fits all." One front-office platform for everyone; one CRM (customer relationship management) system, etc... In this architecture, reference
