Ex-Reuters CEO to Replace Asset Control Founder

Following Fidelity's investment in Asset Control (page 1), Fidelity venture partner Phil Lynch will become chief executive officer of Asset Control. Lynch, who was CEO of Reuters Americas from 2001 to 2005, replaces Asset Control founder Ger Rosenkamp. Rosenkamp will be chairman of the board of directors and Anne Mitchell, partner at Fidelity Ventures, will join as a board member.
