New York-based David Hands has left the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) after more than nine years at the company, and is now an independent corporate actions consultant.
At DTCC, Hands was leading the company's initiative to improve data quality of corporate action announcements, and he has been a regular speaker on topics such as XBRL for corporate actions.
As a corporate actions specialist, he has also been involved in industry association ISITC, and has been part of the ISITC
