Danaher Corp Buys VSS Monitoring
San Mateo, Calif.-based network monitoring vendor VSS Monitoring is being acquired by Washington, DC-based Danaher Corp., a developer of scientific and technology services, for an undisclosed sum, company officials said Tuesday.
The two companies entered a definitive acquisition agreement Tuesday, with the deal expected to close before the middle of June, after which VSS will become part of Danaher's Test and Measurement business segment, which comprises subsidiaries including network testing
