S3 Switches on Blacklight on Bloomberg

The vendor's analytics around crowded short-sale trades will now be available as an app via Bloomberg's App Portal.

S3's app enables Bloomberg users to identify the impact of short-selling events on their portfolios, on market prices and financing rates, and to analyze a security's "borrow velocity" relative to market float, real-time short interest, financing cost and supply capacity, streamlining the financing workflow associated with borrowing or lending securities such as equities or exchange-traded funds.

Bloomberg users can access the Blacklight app by typing APPS BLACK GO> on their Bloomberg
