YCharts’ New CEO Shuffles Execs, Hones Strategy
New CEO Sean Brown outlines what makes him right to lead YCharts, and what he's done since joining the vendor.
Brown, who was most recently president and managing director of Interactive Data’s 7Ticks low-latency infrastructure business, replaces YCharts founder Shawn Carpenter, who recently launched a new company, RepIQ, which provides an “intelligent” account-based sales platform that uses machine-learning and Big Data to improve the sales workflow.
Not only did Carpenter want to devote more time to launching RepIQ; he felt that the YCharts team was sufficiently established to manage the transition
