Market Data Corp. Ups Charges For Telerate-Delivered Cantor Service

THIS WEEK'S LEAD STORIES

Market Data Corp. has raised the monthly subscription price of its U.S. Government Securities Information Service, through which MDC provides Telerate Inc. with Treasury bond prices from interdealer broker Cantor Fitzgerald Securities Corp. MDC provides Telerate with Cantor prices under an exclusive 25-year agreement due to expire in 2005. MDC is majority owned by Bernie Cantor, chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald
