Merrill Lynch Issues RFI For 4000 Positions In New London Premises

LONDON--Merrill Lynch has issued a request for information (RFI) for over 4,000 positions at its new European headquarters in the City of London, which is scheduled to be completed in 2001.

Sources say that the RFI is important because once Merrill has decided on the technology for its new, greenfield site in London, it will set the standard for the technology blueprint for all of Merrill's offices globally.
