Market Prophit Adds ‘Maven' Filter to Crowd Sentiment, Ranks Individuals' Performance

Market Prophit chief executive Igor Gonta says that in addition to its original sentiment score based on posts from "the crowd" at large of investors and professionals posting on stock-related topics, the new Market Prophit Signal generates a sentiment score that focuses only on the most accurate mavens, known as "Market Prophits." Gonta says this creates a more accurate sentiment score, and that back-testing confirmed that this filtered score creates extra alpha over its existing "crowd"
