Fidelity Trust Software Service Bureau Signs Contracts With Harris And Suntrust

Some 18 months since Fidelity Investments acquired the Amtrust trust bank software system from Broadway & Seymour Inc. for $30 million, the mutual fund giant has begun to gather new clients for the package. After Fidelity acquired the product, it temporarily put the sales effort on hold while it reignited the software development effort supporting the system.

The two clients that have just signed contracts are Harris Trust and Savings Bank of Chicago and SunTrust Banks Inc. of Atlanta, which
