Bloomfield, Conn.-based portfolio management and accounting system vendor SS&C Technologies is stepping up its offensive into the European marketplace. A major player in the US insurance company marketplace since the early 1990s, SS&C has sent Steve Helmbrecht--its top salesman--to London to spearhead its overseas campaign.
