INSTINET FIXED INCOME ADDS SWAPS

Instinet Fixed Income Markets (www.instinet.com) (IFI) will introduce a swap box for trading swaps and switches in the US, with more additions to follow before the end of the year. More than 600 trader workstations worldwide are on the system, says Peter Fenichel, chief executive of Global Fixed Income Markets. He says IFI is working out the last kinks in the system for those clients.
