Mike DeAddio follows JP Morgan’s technology to the risk management spinoff.

As chief technology officer for Cygnifi, JP Morgan’s derivatives spinoff, Mike DeAddio is venturing into the unknown world of start-ups. He says that’s where the greatest challenges and rewards are. "I get to do what I’m an expert at and get to do it in a start-up environment, which is the best of both worlds," he says.
