Citicorp unit Quotron Systems Inc. is mobilizing for a strategic campaign on fixed-income securities markets. Top-level Quotron and Citibank executives met recently to discuss how the quote vendor can become a leading provider of transactional services, analytic software and market data to fixed-income securities markets, sources at the bank report.
