Portware to Offer S3's Counterparty Intel Analytics Platform to Clients
Blacklight is an action-oriented counterparty intel analytics platform that decreases time spent managing prime, swap and custodial data by three to seven hours per day, according to the vendor.
By partnering with Portware, a multi-asset trade automations solutions provider, S3's platform will be offered to clients who manage over $8 trillion in assets.
Blacklight captures and standardizes relevant prime, custody, swap and contractual data and creates algorithmic analytics of productivity, cost, service and risk.
"Banking's issues with Basel III create downstream issues for asset managers," says Bob Sloan, S3 founder. "Blacklight will reveal the effects of these rules and equip managers to meet this new regulatory challenge today."
