UPDATE: Cloud Network Operator GTT Buys Perseus for $37.5 Million
The deal, completed last week, sees GTT aquire Perseus and its ultra-low-latency international data and trading infrastructure.
In a notice sent to clients last Wednesday, June 14, Perseus chief executive Jock Percy said, “This morning we completed the sale of our company to GTT Communications…. We are very excited about the synergy between Perseus and GTT, and the tremendous advantage this brings to our clients.”
In the notice, Percy added that the vendor’s management teams are currently working to ensure “a seamless transition,” and that clients’ contacts at Perseus will remain the same.
