KRF Rebuilds Salesforce In Asia; Taps Mitchell To Run Hong Kong

With a spate of recent hires, Knight-Ridder Financial has plugged the holes in its Asian sales organisation that had opened in the weeks preceding the announcement that KRF's parent had found a buyer for the unit (D&IS, 20 May). Most notably, the vendor has recruited Bruce Mitchell, a long-time industry veteran with some ten years experience at Reuters in Hong Kong and Australia. Mitchell will act as KRF's sales director and general manager for Hong Kong and Macau.
