Fidessa Promotes Costello as Buy-Side President for North America
Trading technology and market data vendor Fidessa has appointed Megan McKeever Costello as president for its Boston-based buy-side business in North America.
Costello, who has been a buy-side client services executive with the firm for six years, will also oversee sales, strategy, business development, and internal operations in her new role. She comes with previous experience as executive director of global integration consulting at Omgeo, as well as in senior positions at Reuters America and Tibco Software.
"Megan's intrinsic knowledge of the company's buy-side products and services, as well as her deep understanding of our clients and the challenges and opportunities they face in the marketplace, will yield many material contributions to the business as we continue to leverage Fidessa's global footprint and assert our regional presence from Boston," says Paul Nokes, Fidessa's global buy-side CEO, to whom Costello will report.
