Bank of New York Mellon to Review Corporate Actions Processing for Combined Group

NEW YORK - Bank of New York Mellon (BNYMellon) will aim to review the corporate actions processing systems used by the new combined entity, said Amy Harkins, senior vice-president, managing director, global head of worldwide corporate actions, proxy and class actions, BNYMellon, when speaking at the North American Financial Information Summit in New York in April.
