BNY Mellon Asset Servicing is finalizing a strategy aimed at improving the timeliness of corporate actions notification delivery to clients, giving them more time to respond when they have to make a decision on an event.

Boston-based Marty Kruse, managing director of global corporate actions, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, says the firm is making incremental improvements to event creation, scrubbing and notification engines, but is also working towards a strategic vision.
