Threadneedle Installs Y2K Software After System Integrator Completes Test

LONDON--Threadneedle Asset Management has begun installing DST International's Hiportfolio/2 and its Open Products series of applications on a Sun Microsystems E5000 server running the Sun Solaris operating system. The installation took place after a benchmark test of the system was performed by Morse Group, a systems integration company.

Morse is Sun's largest reseller in Europe, and was hired by Threadneedle to run the tests at the systems integration company's data center in Brentford
