Dow Jones Telerate senior vice president of transactional products Scott Rumbold ten days ago handed in his resignation. Rumbold's departure, after 12 years with Telerate, marks the end of an epoch at Telerate: With the exception of one holdout at Telerate in London, Rumbold was the last of the senior executives installed under founder Neil Hirsch and former senior executive vice president John Jessop.
