Industry Association Debate Escalates Over S&P Cusip-ISIN Charging Issue

GENEVA-The argument over fees being charged by Standard & Poor's (S&P) for databasing of International Security Identification Numbers (ISINs) based on Cusip numbers is escalating, as none of the industry associations involved want to take responsibility for mediating the issue.
