European Central Bank Centralizes Securities Data on Finsoft System

Frankfurt-The European Central Bank (ECB) is working with Finsoft Financial Systems on its Centralized Securities Database (CSDB) project, according to a speaker at the Telekurs Financial conference in London in September.

The project, now in its fifth year, is aimed at creating and completing an accurate up-to-date information center for all individual securities relevant to statistical services of all the central banks.

The new system, managed by members of the ECB'S statistics department,
