MOSCOW—The Russian Trading System Stock Exchange (RTS) is paving the way for new proprietary and third-party application access to its markets for exchange participants, making it available this month on its trading platform—RTS Plaza.
The additional features, coming with version 8.1 of RTS Plaza, affect both the quote-driven and order-driven segments of the RTS Classic market, an exchange official tells DWT.
