THIS WEEK'S LEAD STORIES

Attorneys for Reuters Holdings PLC are scheduled to respond this week to a class action complaint accusing the company and several of its officers and employees of securities fraud and negligent misrepresentation under the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
