CBOE-AMEX To Launch Study Of Electronic Link For Options
THIS WEEK'S LEAD STORIES
The Chicago Board Options Exchange and the American Stock Exchange this week will announce a joint study on the possibility of electronically linking U.S. options markets to facilitate multiple trading of options.
The move follows the exchanges' refusal to participate in a similar study being conducted by Tellefsen Consulting Group Inc. on behalf of the New York Stock Exchange, the Pacific Stock Exchange and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Sources say the CBOE and the Amex declined to
