Gary Ginter, newly appointed managing director of Globex, was a founding partner of Chicago Research & Trading, one of the world's largest options dealers. A former trader, Ginter is also well-known for his interest in applied technology. Here he shares with TST his first impressions of Globex from the inside out.

: How has going from a prospective user to the chief executive of Globex changed your attitude toward the venture?
