Swift Reports 15022 Use up to 69%

LA HULPE, Belgium--Swift, the industry-owned financial messaging network provider, has seen a sharp rise in migration from the current ISO 7775 financial messaging standard to the next-generation ISO 15022 standard due to replace 7775 later this month, according to data revealed to TTW.

More than 70 percent of settlement and reconciliation traffic over Swift is now using ISO 15022, as is 31 percent of corporate actions, producing an overall figure of 69 percent of traffic via the new standard.
