Nymex to Trade via CME's Globex
EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGIES
NEW YORK—The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) on Thursday ended a week of speculation when it announced that it had signed an agreement with the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) under which CME will become the exclusive electronic trading services provider for Nymex's futures and options contracts.
Electronic access to Nymex products will be available at all hours via CME's Globex electronic trading platform. The first phase, set to begin in the second quarter, will include side-by-side
