CC: LSE Suitors Face Clearing Snag


LONDON—The Competition Com mission (CC), the U.K.'s anti-trust authority, recently issued a report about the proposed takeovers of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) by the Deutsche Boerse and Euronext.
