MeritKapital to Route Through SunGard Global Network
Cyprus-based investment firm MeritKapital is now providing direct market access (DMA) to the London Stock Exchange via the SunGard Global Network (SGN) international order-routing service.
MeritKapital also selected SGN to be able to receive order flow from asset managers and sell-side firms already connected to the SGN cloud. In addition to connectivity, MeritKapital is using SunGard's Valdi, which is integrated with SGN, for pre-trade risk management.
"SunGard's SGN provides MeritKapital with integrated and reliable trading solutions," says Persella Ioannides, managing director at MeritKapital. "Using SunGard, we can now offer our clients efficient algorithmic trading and low-latency connectivity to exchanges around the world."
