Telefonica, IPC Pair on Ibero-Latin American Trading

Joint agreement to provide new communications solutions.

The first phase of the agreement includes offering voice trading solutions to the market in Spain and Portugal, where Telefónica would be the exclusive distributor of the new IPC Unigy Solution; the pair will also partner to develop business in several countries of Latin America including México, Argentina, Colombia, Perú, and jointly propose global trading solutions to several strategic customers.
