SmartStream Buys Credit Suisse's Fee, Expense Management Platform

TLM specialists buy platform from bank, sign it as customer.

The move enhances SmartStream's presence in this space.

The technology will complement SmartStream's existing products in the space, and aims to enhance efficiency and transparency at all stages of the fee and billing process.

"This acquisition positions SmartStream to address the significant market-wide demand for fees and expense management services, as a leader in the ongoing trend toward utility-based solutions that is broadening across the financial services marketplace," says Philippe Chambadal, CEO at SmartStream.

Terms were not immediately disclosed.
