Aquis Adds Spanish Equities Trading
Top 35 stocks to be available on subscription-based exchange.
The move will bring the number of pan-European markets offered on Aquis to 13.
“We had always planned to have Spanish stocks on our platform as part of our phased rollout," says Alasdair Haynes, CEO of Aquis Exchange. "Member appetite for investing in Spain has grown recently and we are responding to this demand. Also, as of early September, the Spanish clearing regime is to become partially interoperable, thus making this market more attractive.”
