The End of ‘Wow’?

Most would agree that what was missing from this month’s SIA technology show was the "wow" factor. The overwhelming emphasis was on products and technologies that could both save money and boost the bottom line. The "gee-whiz" hype of the late 1990s is long gone, as are the deep pockets.
