Ted Marks, a financial news and information consultant and former vice president with Knight-Ridder Inc., is forming a consortium to build a network distributing basic corporate dividend and earnings information to providers of electronically delivered news services. Marks says he has held talks with corporations and vendors interested in an electronic delivery mechanism for basic corporate market information.
