Bank Of Montreal Is Testing Micrognosis' New Tradelook

Bank of Montreal is testing a prototype of Micrognosis Inc.'s new TradeLook system to distribute market data and proprietary information to 45 positions at its foreign exchange and money markets trading floor in Montreal. The bank rejected BIS Banking Systems Ltd.'s DR-one, installed at its main Toronto trading operation, in its evaluations for the Montreal room.

The planned installation will include a 25- to 30-position contingency site in the event of a disaster at the bank's main trading room
