Bats Deploys Real-Time Latency Service

Bats Global Markets, which operates trading venues in the US and Europe, plans to launch the first phase of a proprietary real-time latency monitoring service for its clients this week, officials tell Sell-Side Technology.

The new service expands the existing latency monitoring capabilities that Bats has been using since launching trading in US equities. It will be delivered through its Bats Ports Dashboard Real-Time, say Chris Isaacson, senior vice president and COO of Bats Trading.
