ASX Launches Low-Latency Network Through BT Radianz

Sydney Australia

ASX Net Global, which is powered by BT Radianz Venue Interconnect, will allow ASX's clients in Asia, Europe and North America to connect to the ASX and ASX 24 platforms.

"The launch of ASX Net Global allows ASX to offer enhanced connectivity to the investment opportunities and services available to both our existing clients in the Australian Liquidity Centre (ALC) and to members of the global financial services community who are attracted to the Australian market," says David Raper, ASX's general manager of trading services. "By using BT Radianz Services, ASX Net Global will provide a simple, quick and cost-effective service for international customers to connect to ASX, and for customers in the ASX ALC to connect to peer communities in the world's leading financial centres."
