With OpenFin Partnership, ChartIQ and Adaptive Show Big Banks HTML5's Potential
Adaptive's Reactive Trader and ChartIQ's charting platform have been combined and made available through OpenFin.
The platforms — Reactive Trader, Adaptive's demonstration foreign exchange trading platform and ChartIQ's technical charting software — were integrated together and are now available through OpenFin, which allows HTML5, Java, .Net and C++ applications to work together.
The move allows big banks with massive legacy systems to still experience HTML5 without having to upgrade all of their systems, as Dan Schleifer, co-founder and CEO of ChartIQ, tells Sell-Side Technology.
