EFG Hermes and Saxo Bank Give MENA Investors Access to Global Markets

The two firms will connect their platforms, granting EFG Hermes’ clients access to both the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and global exchanges

Anwaar Ahmed, head of institutional business development MENA at Saxo, tells WatersTechnology that the two platforms will work as one, offering a wide range of integration points to provide a seamless experience for end clients.

"There is a single sign-on between the two platforms, combined with a real-time cash fund transfer application programming interface (API)," says Ahmed. "This SSO, as we call it, provides white labels with unique user IDs, passwords and user authentication."
