J.P. Morgan & Co. is rolling out real-time analytic applications using multidimensional data visualization software to its New York City-based equity traders. The real-time analytics represent the latest developments to emerge from Morgan's computational technology group, which has been developing investment analysis tools using data visualization software for about two years.

According to Jeff Saltz, a vice president of corporate technology at Morgan who heads up the computational technology
