citibank
Citi added pairs trading functionality to its suite of intelligent options algos this year.

The new suite, which includes strategies for increased order execution flexibility and improved performance, will add to Citi's capabilities in direct market access (DMA) and algorithmic order types, using the company's smart routing logic.

"Providing traders with speed, liquidity and the desired degree of exposure is essential in today's rapidly evolving market," says Kevin Murphy, head of US option electronic execution at the bank. "Citi continues to be the leader in option execution quality, leaning on our deep knowledge of market structure and extensive experience in the equity and option industries."

Citi has also expanded its algorithmic platform to countries outside of the US, including Mexico, Brazil and Canada.
