Trading Technologies to Add Options Trading, Build Out Charting Capabilities

TT will add support for options trading in the next six to eight weeks.

In its first 22 years in existence, Trading Technologies had established itself as an electronic derivatives trading platform provider, first with the X_Trader platform, and now, most recently, with the rollout of the software-as-a-servive (SaaS)-based TT platform, which launched a year ago this month.

Rick Lane, the company's CEO, tells WatersTechnology that now that the TT platform is "on stable legs," the vendor will next add support for options trading later this year.
