RIXML Close to Appointing Developer to Produce DTD

NEW YORK--The development of a third protocol for publishing investment research through XML is gathering momentum with the appointment expected shortly of a contractor to produce a document type definition, or prototype standard, by the end of the year.

The steering committee of the Research Investment Exchange Markup Language (RIXML) consortium is in the process of selecting a technology partner to which it will contract the actual development and production of a prototype DTD for RIXML
