Celent: Europe to Offshore 450K Jobs

LONDON—Nearly a half-million jobs—450,000 positions—in the European financial services sector could be offshored by 2010, with IT services and complex application development jobs moving to countries such as India and Russia, according to a new report by Boston-based consultancy Celent.
