IPC Upgrades CBOE Connectivity

Trading telephony and network provider IPC is considering a ten-fold increase of its bandwidth to the Chicago Board Options Exchange, to meet growing client demand.

IPC already upgraded its CBOE connection to a high-bandwidth, Ethernet-based network in February to provide access to trading and market data - whereas IPC previously provided voice connectivity to CBOE to support traditional voice trading - as part of its ongoing effort to add markets to its Electronic Connectivity Service (ECS)
